The one- and two-bedroom apartments in the Residence are not only comfortable and functional but also soundproofed and insulated.
All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchenette, controllable heating and climate-control system, colour satellite TV, telephone and electronic safety deposit box. All apartments are en suite and have a shower cubicle, heated towel rail and hair dryer. Two of the apartments, located on the ground floor, are suitable for use by those with disabilities.

All apartments have a fully equipped balcony or terrace and side- or sea-views.

    One-Room Apartments (TYPE A):
    Sq. 30ca composed of entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, double bed, single bed, bathroom, balcony or terrace.


    Two-Room Apartments (TYPE B):
    Approx. 40 sq m, consisting of entrance hall,living room with sofa bed (cm 140) or sommier (single bed) bedroom with double bed and possibility of third bed, bathroom, balcony or terrace.
